Hi folks…What do you do each day to care for yourself?

Although, the Do/Don’t list above says Healthy Living Made Simple, we all know that simpleeasy. Most things in life are straightforward, but they involve a great deal of sacrifice, time, and discipline. That’s what makes them both elementary and onerous.

Take Care of YOU

My wake up call came recently after a dear family friend was diagnosed with a potentially life-threatening condition. It seemed to come out of the blue, but this condition took years to develop even though if was a shock when it finally erupted. My books are about nurturing yourself in some way everyday—emotionally, physically, and so on. Today I’m sending out a heartfelt plea to all of you…please make caring for yourself a priority. There are so many people who cherish and appreciate you. Is your name at the top of that list?

Remember, the Master Teacher said that we should love our neighbors as we love ourselves. You know what they tell us on the plane about putting the oxygen mask on yourself first? We each need to love ourselves and safeguard our own health before we rush to help someone else. The way we care for our personal health usually mirrors our approach to other areas of life as well.

My personal battles are getting enough rest, sleep, and exercise. So, I’m including myself in this too, we all need reminders. It definitely is not easy, but we can win at caring for ourselves if we make it a habit, and a daily priority. Then it does become easier.

Free Workout Plans for All Fitness Levels, Free Meals Plans & Motivation. I just discovered HASfit, and I love this fabulous couple: Coach Kozak & his wife, Claudia! Why? Because I own several fitness DVDs, but I have found it difficult to follow the instructor, at times, because the camera shot did not show the entire person or the guidance was lacking. With this couple, not only are the directions clear, about how to do each movement correctly, but they also explain ways to change the exercise for people at various fitness levels, while motivating you and sharing personal struggles of their own. WELCOME TO JD DYOLA JOURNALS


Hi folks,

We all want health and happiness, for ourselves and our loved ones, right? Well, along those lines, last year as I was searching for ways to become healthier, I learned about the Master Cleanse (MC) and the benefits of cleansing. I decided to try it. In preparation for the detox I designed a journal to track my progress. When I had favorable results, I told some family and friends about the MC and they wanted to try it as well. For encouragement and as an aid, I sent them blank copies of my journal and they loved it. I hope that you will too!

I’ve updated it, put it in book form, and I’m so excited to share it with you. My Cleanse Keeper (MCK)  is a journal that you can use for any detox program, including the MC, if that is what you choose.

The full-color MCK series, shown above, will be available shortly. For variety, it comes in the four fruit assortments shown. Hey, everyone is not a fan of grapes, or red, and so on. But save for the cover, each book is the same inside.

In addition to the color editions above, MCK journals with black and white interiors are also on the way, very shortly!

WELCOME TO JD DYOLA JOURNALS


 

Most of us know how rewarding it is to write in a journal daily. In fact, there’s a good deal of research available on the benefits. Are you like me, though, and use your journal for everything…as a diary? Until recently, I use to put all my thoughts & experiences into one all-purpose notebook. Now I’ve discovered just how worthwhile it is to have one dedicated tool for different reasons. For instance, a journal exclusively for commentary on what I’m reading or solely for gratitude. Grouping similar ideas, in this way, aids in focusing the thought process, and is helpful for current/future reference.

With those goals in mind, I designed the 4-T™ “for TODAY” Journal Series, a journal series with four books. Each volume serves a different purpose: WIL-T: What I Learned…TODAY is for learning and growth; AWIR-T: About What I Read…TODAY is a reading companion (click here for one journal user’s review of AWIR-T); and WIG 4-T: What I’m Grateful for…TODAY is entirely for gratitude. Nevertheless, at times when you actually want your journal to multitask, the WAW 4-T: The Combo Journal is an excellent option to record what you’ve learned, read, and/or appreciated (see the title page to the left). Please click on each title’s image to get more information about its intended application and advantages.
